Museum of Science + Industry - Food Court

JLDC worked with 41 North Contractors to renovate the lower level kitchen and food court at The Museum of Science + Industry. The kitchen and food court had not been upgraded in almost 15 years. This renovation focused on four stations where many of the tasks that had been done in the kitchen are now being done right in front of the guests, from food prep to actual cooking. That meant designing each station with plenty of space for staff to work, as well as storage to keep all the ingredients at hand.
